Kasey: I am an Idaho native and love no other place more than I love Idaho.  I also am the mother of my two sweet daughters Annie & Claire and a wife to my awesome husband and partner in real estate (and life) John Boles.  We have the best dog in the whole world, Roy, and in our free time enjoy the outdoors, camping, hiking and traveling. 

I am also the Managing Broker for our small family brokerage.  I am happy to have a lot of education under my belt which has garnered me the following real estate designations: Associate Broker, REALTOR®, GRI, CRS, ABR, SFR, SRS, & e-Pro.  Don't' worry if you don't know what all that stands for. It just means I've taken a lot of extra classes over 13 years. But if you do want to know what any of it means specifically I'll tell you :-) 

John and I both have the honor of having received the Boise Regional REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Award for Top Producing Real Estate Agents for every year that we have been in the business. 

John: I am an Associate Broker with Jon Gosche Real Estate in Boise, Idaho specializing in residential real estate. I have been a full-time real estate agent for thirteen years and a Top Producer every year I have been in real estate. Kasey and I have assisted in 600+ transactions as well as been involved in transactions of the other agents in our company of whom my wife manages.  All of this experiences will help us to help you navigate you through a fun but sometimes daunting process of buying or selling. 

I enjoy working with both Buyers and Sellers helping them realize their goals with real estate. My approach to real estate is client based; listening to clients desired goals, providing as much information as available to clients, and guiding them through the entire process to help them make the best decisions to achieve their desired outcome.​

​I am a Certified Military Residential Specialist, Certified Homeowner Advocate, and was the inaugural Ambassador to Helping a Million Homeowners, a campaign launched in 2008 to encourage real estate agents to help homeowners avoid foreclosure.

John and I have been helping buyers and sellers in the Boise and surrounding Treasure Valley area for 10+ years.  We are knowledgeable in all facets of residential real estate including resales, new construction, foreclosures, short sales, land as well as investment and multi-family properties.
